Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise - Utilize technology to process sales, check inventory, and provide product information - Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling to customers - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers
Experience:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred - Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor - Knowledge of technology products and ability to effectively sell them - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Experience with cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transactions - Proven ability to sell products and upsell to customers - Bilingual language skills (if applicable) to assist diverse customer base We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
