Rehabilitation staff nurses are part of an interdisciplinary team and coordinate care with therapists, case managers, and social workers to assess the unique rehab needs that address deficits, implement a rehab nursing plan of care with comprehensive interventions and develop ongoing caregiver and family education.
The Inpatient Rehabilitation Staff Nurse will be a graduate of an accredited program for nursing education, BSN preferred with at least 1 years experience.
