Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Bottle and Container Decoration Specialist will be responsible for enhancing the visual appeal of various types of bottles and containers through various decoration techniques.
Responsibilities:
Design Execution:
Create and apply decorative designs, labels, or graphics to bottles and containers, ensuring they align with the client's specifications and brand identity.
Surface Preparation:
Prepare surfaces of bottles and containers for decoration, which may involve cleaning, priming, or sanding to ensure proper adhesion of decorative materials.
Material Selection:
Select and utilize appropriate decoration materials, such as labels, paints, inks, coatings, or other embellishments, based on the specific project requirements.
Quality Control:
Maintain high-quality standards by inspecting finished products for defects, inconsistencies, or imperfections, making necessary adjustments or corrections as needed.
Equipment Operation:
Operate decoration machinery and equipment, including printing machines, label applicators, screen printing equipment, or other specialized tools.
Color Matching:
Ensure accurate color matching and consistency in design elements to meet client expectations and branding guidelines.
Record Keeping:
Maintain records of decoration processes, materials used, and production quantities to track progress and support quality control efforts.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with decoration materials, chemicals, and machinery to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other team members, such as designers, production managers, and quality assurance personnel, to ensure seamless production processes and meet project deadlines.
Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of decoration equipment to ensure its optimal performance and longevity.
